How Personalisation Works
After you place your order, we will contact you personally by email or WhatsApp to collect your pet’s photo and discuss any personalisation details.
We offer a one-to-one service to help choose the most suitable image and confirm the details before your piece is made. Once everything is confirmed, your portrait will be carefully hand-painted and crafted to order.
