Our Story
It all begins with my Lovely family- Chow Chow Bobby
Born from the love for our dog, Bobby.
Some stories begin with a business idea.
Ours began with a dog who changed our home forever.
Bobby, our Chow Chow from Northumberland, UK, has brought warmth, comfort, and joy into our lives in ways we never imagined. What started as love for one dog slowly became the inspiration behind everything we create today.
Although I had loved dogs for more than 20 years, Bobby is the first dog I can truly call my own.
Like many pet owners, I quickly realised that pets are never “just animals.” They become family. They fill homes with laughter, routines, comfort, and unconditional love.
I wanted to surround myself with little reminders of Bobby everywhere — personalised mugs, handmade bowls, portraits on the wall, and meaningful objects that celebrate the bond we share.
Over time, these pieces became more than decoration. They became part of our home and part of our memories together.
There is something deeply special about creating a home around the ones we love.
The small details — a cup on the shelf, a personalised bowl by the kitchen, a portrait hanging quietly on the wall. Together, all of these items slowly turn a house into a space filled with warmth and connection.
For pet lovers, these objects are reminders of companionship, loyalty, and everyday moments that matter more than we realise.
This is what inspired us to create pieces that feel personal, emotional, and lasting.
Through friends who shared the same passion for animals and craftsmanship, we met talented porcelain artists in Jingdezhen, China — the historic birthplace of fine porcelain for over 1,000 years.
For centuries, porcelain from Jingdezhen travelled across the Silk Road and by sea to Europe and the rest of the world. Many of the fine porcelain collections displayed in European museums today trace their origins back to this ancient ceramic city.
Today, the spirit of Jingdezhen still lives on through skilled artisans who continue these traditional techniques by hand, preserving a remarkable artistic heritage passed down through generations.
Every piece we create is hand-shaped, hand-painted, and kiln-fired with care.
Unlike mass-produced products, handmade porcelain carries its own character and spirit. Each brushstroke, texture, and detail reflects the time, patience, and passion of the artist behind it.
Combined with the love pet owners have for their animals, every piece becomes something truly personal and impossible to fully replicate.
No two pieces are ever exactly the same — and that is what makes them meaningful.
